Webmail

After you are live

Sign in at /login with a mailbox address. These guides apply once you are connected.

Inbox and folders

Read, search, archive, and restore messages from Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Archive, and Trash.

Compose and send

Send with rich text, attachments, and drafts. Sent mail syncs back to the Sent folder.

Settings and signatures

Set display name, reply defaults, and reusable signatures per mailbox.

Calendar

Open calendar in the browser or subscribe from your phone where CalDAV is enabled.

DNS records

MX tells the internet where to deliver mail. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC help receivers trust messages from your domain. Copy each record from the domain console and paste at your DNS host. Re-run checks until all rows pass.

FAQ

Common questions

What is the difference between account sign-in and webmail sign-in?

Account sign-in (/account/login) opens the customer workspace for billing, domains, and plans. Webmail sign-in (/login) connects a specific mailbox like you@yourdomain.com.

How long do DNS changes take?

Most providers propagate MX and TXT records within an hour, but it can take up to 24 hours. The DNS wizard in your workspace shows what still fails.

Where do sent messages appear?

After a successful send, a copy is written to the Sent folder so the mailbox stays in sync.

I lost access. How do I recover?

Use /recover to request a sign-in link if email auth is enabled, or reset via your account provider.
